Beef Stew
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Block of beef 250g
Salt & Pepper A pinch
- Butter

- Demi-glace sauce

- Carrot
1/2 pieces
- Potato
2 pieces
- Blueberry & Honey

- Red wine 200cc
Hot water 400cc
- Bay leaf

- Broccoli /Whipped Cream

- Worcestershire sauce

How to make:
1Cut the meat into large bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2Melt butter in a saucepan, and heat the beef until its color looks cooked.Add carrots and sauté.
3Add red wine, hot water, and bay leaf then boil well while removing the scum or foam that forms on the surface.(About 40 min)
4Add potatoes, demi-glace sauce, Honey Flavored with Blueberry Juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir occasionally while it simmers until the potatoes are cooked.
5Lastly, add seasoning.Serve in a bowl, garnish with boiled broccoli and splash with fresh cream.
