  • Pork shoulder loin meat

    300g

  • Soy sauce 【A】

    22.5cc

  • Cooking Sake/Wine【A】

    15cc

  • Pickled honey from Ginger Pickled in Honey【A】

    30cc

  • Potato starch

    One pinch

  • Sliced ginger (minced) from Ginger Pickled in Honey

    Four pieces per portion

  • Salad oil

How to make:

1Make a shallow cut in several places between the fat and lean meat of pork with a kitchen knife.Gently sprinkle the potato flour on one side.

2Heat the oil in a frying pan, arrange the pork, and fry both sides over medium heat.

3Add [A] to (2) and gently simmer it while mixing the sauce with the meat.

4Add pickled ginger to finish and serve it on a plate.
