Banana smoothie with manuka honey and amazake
Ingredients (for 1people)
- Rice koji amazake (alcohol-free)
- Roasted soybean flour
- Manuka Honey
How to cook:
1Cut the banana into 3cm thick pieces.
2Mix all ingredients in a blender, keeping 3 banana slices for garnishing.
3Pour it into a glass, place the banana slices kept as a garnish on top and sprinkle with roasted soybean flour as you like, and finish it by pouring manuka honey onto it.
