Crepe stewed in yuzu honey sauce
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Crepe batter
4 pieces
- Yuzu & Honey
1/2 tablespoon
- Acacia Honey- Made in Hungary
1/2 tablespoon
- Butter
5g
- Orange juice
20mL
- Brandy
as appropriate
- Orange
(Cut into wedges and with the thin skin removed)as appropriate
- Vanilla ice cream
as appropriate
How to make:
1Make yuzu honey sauce. Add yuzu honey, acacia honey made in Hungary, and butter into a frying pan over medium heat. Once it becomes viscous, add the orange juice and simmer lightly.
2Add the crepe batter folded into a quarter to the frying pan. Spoon the sauce over the crepe dough while stewing to let the flavor get absorbed. Add the brandy and let it simmer for a moment.
3Serve on a plate with ice cream or oranges according to your preference.
※Key point to remember
It can be deliciously made even without brandy, but if you use it, it will taste authentic and flavorful.
