Honey Roasted Chicken
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Chicken leg 2 pieces
Potatoes 2 pieces
- Zucchini 1 piece
Mini tomato 5 pieces
- Rosemary 1 piece
Bay leaf 1 piece
- E.V.Olive Oil【Sauce】 1tbsp
Mixed Flower Honey 【Sauce】 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce【Sauce】 1tbsp
Grated garlic【Sauce】 1 teaspoon
- Salt【Sauce】 1/2 teaspoons
Pepper【Sauce】 One pinch
How to make:
1Combine marinade ingredients in an airtight bag, add chicken legs and cover with marinade sauce. Add rosemary and bay leaf and refrigerate overnight.
2Wash potatoes well and boil them without peeling. Once they are soft enough for a skewer to pass through easily, cut them into quarters. Cut the zucchini into 7mm thick circles.
3Place ①, potatoes, zucchini, and mini tomatoes on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 230°C and bake for 35 minutes while watching nothing burns.

Adjust the amount of Acacia Honey - Made in Japan to your liking.
If the chicken seems to burn while cooking, cover it with aluminum foil. If the rosemary and bay leaves start to burn while cooking, remove them from the oven.
