Honey Yogurt Cake
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Yogurt (no sugar)
400g
- whipping cream
50ml
- Yuzu & Honey
3 tablespoons
- Dried fruits
40g
- Honey Nuts (with honey)
30g
- Pistachios (unsalted)
as appropriate
How to make:
1Strain the yogurt overnight (for about 8 hours). Line the pound cake pan with baking paper.
2In a bowl, combine the strained yogurt, heavy cream, and yuzu honey. Whisk until smooth. Add the dried fruit, honey nuts, and pistachios and mix gently with a rubber spatula. Pour the mixture into the prepared pound cake pan and refrigerate until set, about 3 hours.
3Remove the mixture from the pan and remove the baking paper. Cut into slices about 2cm thick and arrange on a plate.
