Cheese & Manuka Honey Roasted Sweet Potato
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Roasted Sweet Potato (store bought)
1 pieces
- Pizza topping cheese (melting type)
as appropriate
- Manuka Honey
as appropriate
- Black pepper
as appropriate
- Parsley
as appropriate
How to make:
1Warm the roasted sweet potatoes in the microwave. Cut in half length-wise, and sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on the surface.
2Add (1) to toaster, and toast for about 8min at 230 C until the surface turns golden brown.
3Place (2) on a plate and drizzle manuka honey over it. To finish, sprinkle black pepper and parsley on top.
