Korean style meat and tofu
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- Beef (cut off):200g
Grilled tofu:1 block (250~300g)
- Onion:1/2 piece
Garlic Chives:1/2 bundles
- Kimchi:100g
Sesame oil:1 tablespoon
- White sesame:as appropriate

【A】Soy sauce:2 tablespoons
- 【A】Wild Flower Honey:1 tablespoon
【A】Cooking sake:1 tablespoon
- 【A】Gochujang:1 tablespoon
How to make:
1Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the onion into 1cm-wide slices and cut the chives into 4cm-long sections.
2Heat sesame oil in a pot and lightly stir-fry the kimchi.
Add the onions and fry until softened, then add [A].
When it comes to a boil, add the tofu and beef and simmer over medium heat for about three minutes.
3Add the chives to 2, turn off the heat, and finish up by pouring in drizzling sesame oil in a circular motion (not listed in the ingredients).
Place in a bowl and sprinkle white sesame seeds.
