Amazake with yuzu honey and soy milk
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Rice koji amazake
200cc
- Soy Milk
100cc
- Yuzu & Honey
1 tablespoon
- Yuzu peal
as appropriate
How to make:
1Put amazake and soy milk in a small pot.
Stir with a wooden spatula while heating over low heat.
2When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat, pour it into a cup, add the yuzu honey, and mix well.
Sprinkle in yuzu peel, if using.\

Amazake differs in sweetness and concentration depending on the product, so check the taste and adjust accordingly.
Adding yuzu honey at the end brings out the scent of yuzu.
