Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • Fresh onions:1/4

    Leafy vegetables such as lettuce:as appropriate

  • Snap peas:8

    Prosciutto:6 pieces

  • Boiled eggs:2

    Cherry tomatoes:3

  • [Dressing]Fresh onion:3/4

    [Dressing]Carrot:50g

  • [Dressing]Olive Oil:60mL

    [Dressing]Apple Cyder Vinegar:40mL

  • [Dressing]Yuzu & Honey:30mL

    [Dressing]Salt:1/2 teaspoon

  • [Dressing]Grated garlic::1/2 teaspoon

    [Dressing]Black pepper:A little

How to make:

1Cut 3/4 of a fresh onion and a carrot for dressing into small pieces.
Soak the new onion in water for about 5 minutes, then drain the water.
Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a blender and mix them together.

2Cut the remaining fresh onions into thin slices, rinse them in water, and drain off the excess water. Remove the strings from the snap peas, quickly boil them, and then cool them in cold water.
Tear the leafy vegetables into bite-sized pieces by hand.
Cut the boiled eggs into quarters vertically. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

3Place (2) in a dish and top it with prosciutto.
Pour plenty of dressing over it.

4【Tips】
If the bitterness of the new onion is strong, soak it in water with salt (not specified amount) and rub it.
