Honey Garlic Butter Sauce for Sautéed Pork
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Pork shoulder loin:2 (400g)
Butter:5g
- Salt and pepper:Various amounts
Cooking oil:1 tablespoon
- Leafy vegetables such as lettuce:as appropriate
Half-cut cherry tomatoes:as appropriate - Lemon (cut into wedges):as appropriate

- Acacia Honey - Made in Hungary:1/2 tablespoon
- Grated garlic:1/2 teaspoon
- Soy sauce:1 tablespoon
How to make:
1Cut the sinew of the pork and tenderize it well with a meat mallet.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides and lightly coat with flour.
2Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and add pork.
Flip it over when it's browned and wipe off any excess fat.
3Move the pork to one side and add [A] in the empty space one by one, while mixing it with the pork.
Turn off the heat and add butter, melting it so that it blends with everything.
4Place the pork in a bowl and garnish with vegetables.

Make sure to cut the sinew well so that the pork does not shrink.
Be careful not to overcook the sauce, as it tends to burn easily.
