Ingredients (for Appropriate amount servings)
- Yuzu & Honey

- Saikyo miso (Kyoto style miso)【A】
40g
- Combined miso【A】
10g
- Cooking sake 【A】
15g
- Grated yuzu peel
As you like
How to make:
1Add【A】to a pan and cook over low heat. Mix well with a wooden spatula, add yuzu honey, and knead while removing water so as not to burn. Add grated yuzu peel and mix if you like.
2After heating for about 5 minutes, turn off the heat. (Once it cools, transfer it to a disinfected storage container and store it in the refrigerator. Use up in about 1 to 2 weeks.)
