Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Ingredient 1: Beef (for curry) 300g

    Material ②: 1 onion

  • Ingredient 3: Carrot 1/2 piece

    Material 4: 1 clove of garlic

  • Material ⑤: Ginger 1 piece

    Ingredient 6: 1 solid bouillon cube

  • Ingredient 7: 1 bay leaf

    Material ⑧: Water 750cc

  • Ingredient 9: Commercial curry powder 180g

    Material 10: Honey, 1 tablespoon.

  • Ingredient 11: 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

    Ingredient 12: Ketchup, 1 tablespoon

  • Ingredient 13: Salad oil to taste

    Material 14: [Beef seasoning] 1 teaspoon of curry powder.

  • Ingredient 15: Seasoning for beef - salt

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Ingredient 16: Seasoning for beef - Pepper

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Ingredient 17: Honey for seasoning beef.

    1/2 teaspoon

How to make it

1If the beef is large, cut it into bite-sized pieces, place it in a plastic bag, add the seasoning ingredients and rub together.

2Cut the onion in half lengthwise and slice thinly, finely chop the garlic and ginger, and cut the carrot into chunks.

3Heat Salad oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown, then remove from the pan.

4Add a little more Salad oil and stir fry the beef, garlic, ginger and carrots.

5Add water, solid bouillon, bay leaf, and removed onion to step 4, skim off any scum, and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the curry powder, honey, soy sauce and ketchup, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until done.
