Returns and Exchanges

• ・Returns and exchanges are only available for products delivered within Japan.
• ・As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products delivered overseas.
• - Please exchange or return products within 8 days of receipt (only applies to unopened products).
• If the return is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
• If shipping charges have been incurred for delivery, we cannot refund them.
• ・If the product is damaged during delivery, is defective, or is different from the product you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
