Honeybees collect nectar from flowers and transport it to the hive, using their wings to slowly evaporate moisture, thereby concentrating the flavor and aroma.
When the bees determine that the sugar content has sufficiently increased, they seal it with beeswax, and at this moment, it can first be called 'pure honey.'
