Western-style Chirashi Sushi with Honey and Apple Vinegar

Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Ingredient 1: Rice, 2 go
Material ②: Smoked salmon, 2 packs
- Ingredient 3: about 50g of salmon roe.
Ingredient 4: Shrimp, 5 to 6 pieces

How to make it
1Cook the rice until it is firm. Once cooked, add (A) and mix quickly to make vinegared rice.
2Boil the shrimp and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the radishes.
3Place the ingredients on top of the vinegared rice, sprinkle with black pepper, and finish by drizzling extra virgin olive oil on top if desired.
