- Pickled ginger fruit
About 25g finely chopped
- Ground sesame
A little to taste
- [Preference ①] Chinese style → Sesame oil
2 teaspoons
- [Preference 2] Spicy → Chili pepper
2 teaspoons
- [Preference 3] Sweet → Honey
1 teaspoon (you can also use SUGI BEE GARDEN Yuzu & Honey)
