- Finely chopped white onion10cm

- Liquor大さじ1 
- Ginger pickle liquid大さじ3 
- Pickled ginger fruitAbout 25g finely chopped 
- Ground sesameA little to taste 
- [Preference ①] Chinese style → Sesame oil2 teaspoons 
- [Preference 2] Spicy → Chili pepper2 teaspoons 
- [Preference 3] Sweet → Honey1 teaspoon (you can also use SUGI BEE GARDEN Yuzu & Honey)
