Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

  • Soybeans: 1 pack (100g)

    Carrot: 1/2 medium

  • ピーマン:中2個

    Onion: 1 medium size (new onions are best if they are in season)

  • 牛・豚合挽き肉:約100g

    Curry roux: 3 pieces

  • Ketchup: 1 tablespoon

    Sauce: 1 tbsp

  • Salt and pepper: a little

    Ginger Pickled in Honey: 2 tablespoons finely chopped

  • Olive oil: 2 tsp

How to make it

1Chop all the vegetables

2Fry vegetables, soybeans and minced meat in olive oil

3Add the chopped pickled Ginger Pickled in Honey.

4Once stir-fried, season with salt, pepper, ketchup and sauce, add curry roux and it's done.
