Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • fig

    4 to 6 pieces

  • mascarpone

    100〜150g

  • honey

    大さじ2

  • Dried fruits and nuts, as you prefer.

How to make it

1Wash the fig and cut it into four equal parts.
 

2Scoop mascarpone with a spoon into a container.
 

3Arrange the cut figs and sprinkle dried fruits and nuts on top.
 

4Complete with honey on top.
[Tip:]
Roast the figs in a 200°C oven for 5 to 8 minutes, then serve them warm and fragrant.
