Ingredients (*1 serving)

  • European pear or peach

    1~2個

  • mascarpone

    100 to 150 grams, or 1 piece of Camembert cheese (alternative)

  • Raw ham (such as prosciutto, etc.)

    6 to 8 sheets

  • honey

    1 to 2 tablespoons

  • coarsely ground black pepper

    as you like

  • chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, etc.)

    as you like

How to make it

1Wash the pears, remove the core, and slice them into thin wedges or vertical slices (the same applies to peaches).
 

2Smooth the mascarpone with a spoon. If using camembert, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
 

3Spread the prosciutto, place slices of pear and mascarpone (or camembert) in the center, and wrap it up.

4Arrange on a plate, drizzle with honey, and finish with black pepper or chopped nuts to taste.
 

5[Tip:]
If you want to warm it up, quickly grill the wrapped item in a frying pan until the prosciutto gets a light browning.
