Ginger-infused honey daikon syrup

recipe
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- Ginger (peeled and sliced thinly) (Ginger Pickled in Honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN is recommended)
3 to 4 sheets
- Honey (Acacia Honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN is recommended)
4 to 5 tablespoons
How to make it
1Peel the daikon radish thickly and cut it into cubes of about 1 cm. Slice the ginger thinly.

2Place daikon and ginger in a clean, lidded container, and pour honey (SUGI BEE GARDEN's Acacia Honey is recommended) over them until the daikon is just covered.

3Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight, and once the daikon releases moisture and the syrup becomes smooth, it's complete.

4Scoop the syrup with a spoon, mix it with hot water to enjoy as a hot drink. Optionally, add sliced ginger to taste.
