What is Honey ?

Honey is a natural sweetener made from flower nectar collected by bees, then dehydrated and concentrated by the fluttering their wings. Our honey is matured longer than others for a higher sugar content and sealed by bees with beeswax. It is dubbed "Pure Matured Honey".

Features of Honey

Honey itself is acidic, but becomes alkaline once introduced into the human body. Our bodies naturally need alkaline foods when tired, so honey helps you recover from fatigue. Honey varies in taste, flavor, and color depending on the species of source flowers, and you can enjoy its individual characteristics. For example, honey from acacia features a beautiful transparent straw color, soft scent, and sophisticated taste, while that from mandarin orange features a saffron yellow color, citrus scent, and clear taste.

Main ingredients of honey

Honey contains many nutrients. Among them, sugars account for approximately 80%. Most of the sugars are monosaccharides including glucose and fructose. Monosaccharides, a carbohydrate that does not need to be hydrolyzed, can be absorbed quickly into the human body to serve as an energy source with less strain on the stomach. Monosaccharides can be routinely consumed to maintain health. Monosaccharides are also recommended for quick nutrition during exercise as well as for providing energy to the brain while studying.
