An exquisite balance of sweetness and sourness.
This is a sweet preserve made from 'Ripe Kumquats HOUGYOKU' that are carefully cultivated in the kumquat fields of SUGI BEE GARDEN in Kumamoto Prefecture, cooked slowly in honey while still fresh.
"Ripe Kumquats HOUGYOKU" are grown in a self-owned orchard in Kumamoto, featuring thick flesh and a sugar content of 16 to 20 degrees.
It is characterized by a well-formed shape and a definite sweetness.
These are sweet and delicious fully ripe kumquats that can be eaten whole, skin and all.
It's great on its own, but it's also great with yogurt.
400g (solid content 220g)
*Do not give to infants under 1 year old.
*Air bubbles or sediment may occasionally occur, but this is due to the characteristics of kumquats and does not affect the quality.
*Honey ingredients may crystallize.
*Please be careful not to hit the bottle or cap or store it on its side, as this may cause damage or honey leakage.
*If you close the lid of the bottle while there is still honey on the mouth, it will become sticky and difficult to open, so please use it cleanly.
*Please consume as soon as possible after opening.
*The bottle (main body) is made of glass and the cap is made of steel.
