French toast with honey

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Plain bread
2枚
butter
10g
Honey
to taste
Egg [Egg Liquid]
2個
Milk [Egg liquid]
200cc
Honey [egg mixture]
大さじ2

How to make it

1 Add the ingredients for the egg mixture to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

2 Cut the bread into 4 equal pieces, arrange them on a tray, and add step 1. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Turn the bread over once or twice during the process.

3 Add butter to a frying pan and melt it, then arrange 2 on top and fry on low heat until browned on both sides.

4 Serve in a bowl and drizzle with honey if desired.
