Tomato and minced meat fried rice with Yuzu & Honey curry

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- rice2 servings 
- mixed meat150g程度 
- Tomato (medium)2個 
- garlic1 piece 
- Ginger1 piece 
- Salad oil大さじ1 
- Curry powder (powder)大さじ2 
- Salt and peppera little 
- Radish sproutsas much as you like 
- [A] Yuzu & Honey, tomato ketchup, soy sauce1 tablespoon each 
How to make it
1Cut the tomatoes into 6 wedges.
Chop the garlic and ginger finely.
2Add Salad oil, garlic and ginger to a frying pan and heat over low heat. When the aroma comes out, add the ground meat and stir fry until it starts to crumble, then add the curry powder and stir fry well.
3Add the tomatoes to ② and stir fry briefly, then add (A) and season with salt and pepper.
4Fry the tomatoes until the skin starts to peel off slightly, then serve in a bowl with rice and sprinkle with radish sprouts to finish.
