Seared bonito with spicy honey sauce

Doubanjiang (Spicy Bean Paste) [Spicy Sauce]
Acacia Honey (Spicy Sauce)1 teaspoon

Salt [Spicy Sauce]

How to make it
1 Cut the bonito tataki into 1cm thick slices. Thinly slice the onion and myoga ginger, thinly slice the ginger and soak in water. Thinly slice the garlic.
2 Add the spicy sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix.
3 Place perilla leaves in a bowl, arrange ① on top, and top with plenty of 【Condiments】. Pour ② over the top and it's done.

Tips
The spiciness of the chili bean paste and the sweetness of Acacia Honey go together perfectly.
Adjust the amount of doubanjiang to your liking.
Use your favorite aromatic vegetables for seasoning.
