Melting Yuzu & Honey Crepe (with Orange Sauce)

Ingredients (for 2 people)
- crepe batter

- Yuzu & Honey (Fruit Juice Infused Honey by SUGI BEE GARDEN)
1/2 tablespoon
- Honey (Recommended Acacia Honey from SUGI BEE GARDEN)
1/2 tablespoon
- butter
5g
- orange juice
200ml
- brandy
to taste
- Orange (excluding the thin skin)
to taste
- Vanilla Icecream
to taste
How to make it
1Remove the thin skin from the orange and cut it into easy-to-eat pieces.
2Put Yuzu & Honey, Acacia Honey, and butter into a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
When it becomes thick, add orange juice and lightly simmer to make a sauce.
3Put the crepe folded into quarters into ②.
Pour the sauce with a spoon and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over low to medium heat.
Finally, add the brandy and bring it to a light boil.
4Serve the crepes in a dish, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and orange.
If there is any sauce left in the frying pan, pour it over.

The dish can be delicious even without brandy, but using it makes it more authentic and flavorful.
