Honey Sauteed Pumpkin

- Honey (Recommended: SUGI BEE GARDEN Acacia Honey)

How to make it
1Slice the pumpkin into 8mm thick slices, cut the bacon into 4cm long strips, and peel and mash the garlic.
2Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan, and when the aroma comes out, add the bacon and fry. Add the pumpkin and stir quickly, then cover and steam-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
3Once the pumpkin is cooked, add butter, soy sauce, and Acacia Honey, and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
