Honey-wrapped meat rice balls with shiso cheese

cooked rice
Pork (thinly sliced belly meat)200g

Cheese (for pizza)4枚

roasted sesame seeds

Soy sauce [sauce]

How to make it

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
2 Mix chopped shiso leaves, cheese, roasted sesame seeds, salt, and pepper into warm rice. Divide into 4 portions and shape each into a ball. Then, wrap the pork belly tightly around the rice, making sure it is covered.
3 Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and place ② with the end of the roll facing down. Turn and fry for about 10 minutes until the pork is cooked through.

Wipe off excess oil from the frying pan with a paper towel.
Add the seasoning and simmer until glossy and well combined.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.

Tips
Form the rice into a rectangular shape and roll the pork lengthwise, then roll it horizontally to prevent it from falling apart when cooked. If the meat is thick and difficult to cook through, cover it and steam it.
