Blueberry & Honey Sherbet

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

Blueberry & Honey
大さじ6
water
300cc
Sheet gelatin
2g
mint
as you like

How to make it

1 Put the water, Blueberry & Honey in a pot and heat. Turn off the heat before it boils, add the gelatin sheets that have been soaked in cold water, and mix until completely dissolved.

2 Pour the cooled mixture into a container and place in the freezer until it hardens. Before it hardens completely, scrape it with a fork or something and put it back in the freezer. Repeat this process several times.

3 Finally, garnish with mint to complete.
