Ingredients (for an easy-to-make portion for one person)

  • Yuzu & Honey

  • New onion (medium)

    1個

  • Soy sauce

    1 teaspoon

  • Olive oil

    150cc

  • Honey Vinegar (vinegar)

    150cc

  • salt

    1/2 teaspoon

  • Pepper

    a little

How to make it

1 Grate the onion into a large bowl.

2 Gradually add Honey Vinegar, soy sauce, and olive oil while mixing well with a whisk. Add salt, pepper, and Yuzu & Honey and mix well.

3 Store in a dressing bottle.
