It is a period of transition from spring to early summer, but the lotus flowers that beautifully bloomed this year in Kumamoto are many more than usual!
Although normally, in this period, Sugi Bee Garden focuses on harvesting “Mandarin Orange Honey”, this year, thanks to the full bloom of lotus flowers, we were able to harvest “Lotus Honey” for a longer period of time.
