Harvested from Bulgaria's vast sunflower fields, this honey has a bright golden color and is characterized by a soft, pleasant aftertaste and a rich sweetness that some describe as reminiscent of mango.
Recommended way to eat
First, enjoy the aroma and flavor of honey as is.
It is also delicious added to yogurt or chamomile tea.
Beekeeper George recommends adding it to hot milk.
It has a fruity aroma and a strong, sweet, and rich flavor that goes well with pancakes and toast.
You can also use it in a variety of dishes, taking advantage of its rich sweetness.
