Recommended way to eat
First, enjoy the aroma and flavor of honey as is.
It is also delicious added to yogurt or chamomile tea.
Beekeeper George recommends adding it to hot milk.

*Pure honey may crystallize and turn white depending on the type of flowers and storage temperature.
*To melt, place the amount you wish to consume in hot water at approximately 40 to 42 degrees.
