Product Description

Limited quantity! Works of art created by bees.
Rare Manuka Honeycomb extracted from Manuka flowers.

We have prepared a limited quantity of 200 bottles of precious Manuka Honeycomb from apiaries in New Zealand.

[Characteristics of honey]
This precious Manuka Honeycomb is harvested from a nectar source that can only be reached by helicopter.
It becomes Manuka Honey (monofloral Manuka Honey) as it is, without any alterations.
The components that make up the honeycombs packed full of Manuka Honey include Propolis and Pollen components.
Unlike the mild taste and flavor of lotus flower or acacia honey, it has a rich, full-bodied flavor and mellow floral aroma.

Enjoy the rich taste of precious Manuka Honeycomb, which is not normally available to eat, and this natural work of art created by honeybees.

[The Manuka tree]
Manuka is a shrub in the Myrtaceae family and is a wild plant that can be found in New Zealand.
This tea plant is 1 to 3 meters tall and grows naturally in unpolluted environments. It produces pretty white or pink flowers about 1 to 2 cm in diameter from spring to summer (November to January) (New Zealand is located in the Southern Hemisphere, and the seasons are opposite to those in Japan).
"MANUKA" is the Maori name for it.
Around 1200 AD, Maori people who came to the island from Polynesia discovered Manuka.
The practice of drinking tea made from Manuka leaves is fundamental to the health of the Maori people.
The Manuka tree itself has remarkable medicinal properties, and in ancient times the Maori people and explorer Cook used the sap and leaves extensively as medicine.
This custom continues to this day and Manuka's value continues to grow.
This is especially true now that the antibacterial properties of Manuka honey have become clear.

● Recommended way to eat

Scoop it up with a spoon or cut it into pieces of your desired size and enjoy the whole nest.

Size: 10.4cm (height) × 10.4cm (width) × 2.5cm (depth)

*Do not give to infants under 1 year old.
*Since we deliver the honey in its natural state created by honey bee, the condition may vary depending on conditions such as the time of harvest.
There may also be yellow or black foreign substances present, but since they are of natural origin, such as Pollen and bee fragments, there is no issue with the quality.
* Beeswax may crystallize and melt if exposed to high temperatures.
Pure honey may crystallize white depending on the storage temperature, but it can still be enjoyed as is. If you wish to melt it, please use a water bath at around 40°C to ensure that the Beeswax does not melt.
