*Honey may crystallize and turn white depending on the type of flowers and storage temperature. It is also delicious to eat as is.
To melt it, place the amount you wish to consume in hot water at approximately 40 to 42 degrees Celsius.

*Since honey is a natural product, do not give it to infants under 1 year old.
