ひまわり蜜:まずはそのまま、はちみつの香りや味わいをお楽しみください。
It is also delicious added to yogurt or chamomile tea.

マヌカ蜜:1日にティースプーン3杯程度を目安にそのままお召し上がりください。
まずはスプーンひとさじをそのまま口に含み、マヌカ蜜本来の豊かな風味をお楽しみください。
ヨーグルトやトーストに添えていただくのもおすすめです。

ラベンダー蜜:まずはそのまま、優しく上品な香りとフルーティーな後味をお楽しみください。
コクのある甘みもありながら、後味はさっぱりとし、余韻には柔らかな花の香りが長く続きます。
お菓子の隠し味に使用すると高級感のある香りの良いお菓子になります。
