Simmered radish and honey minced chicken ancake
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Daikon radish:1/2 piece
- Leaf buds:as appropriate
- 【A】Light Soy Sauce:2 tablespoons
【A】Sweet cooking sake:2 tablespoons
- 【B】Miso:2 tablespoons
【B】Acacia Honey- Made in Hungary:1 tablespoon
- 【B】Ginger Pickled in Honey:1 tablespoon
【B】Cooking sake:1 tablespoon
- 【B】Soy sauce:1 tablespoon
How to make:
1Slice the radish into 2cm thick rounds, peel the skin thickly, and chamfer.
Put the radish and water (not listed in the ingredients) in a pot and boil until a bamboo skewer comes out clean when pierced into the radish.
2Put the radish from 1 and [A] into a pot and simmer for about 20 minutes.
3Put the minced chicken and [B] in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
4Place 2 in a bowl and add 3 on top. Place some tree buds on the side if you have them.

This is a minced chicken dish with a refreshing aroma of pickled ginger.
You can put it on rice to make a minced meat rice bowl or use it as an ingredient in tamagoyaki.
If you use rice water to parboil the radish, the scum will be removed and it will be delicious.
