About delivery

• Q. Do you ship items ti oversea?

  A. Yes, we ship items to oversea. Please find more about overseas shipping from here.

• Q. Do you deliver to hotels in Japan?
  

  A. Yes, we can arrange delivery, if it is possible to receive the package at the destination hotel.
  Please note, however, that some hotels may have restrictions on the location and time of receipt, so we recommend contacting the destination hotel in advance to confirm their policies regarding package delivery.
  Please state a name of the hotel and the reservation holder when setting delivery information. Specify delivery day at least one day in advance of your check-out day.
  

• Q. Can I track my package?
  

  A. Yes, you can. We will email you a delivery tracking number once the package has shipped.
  Please note that tracking services may not be available for international shipments in certain countries or regions.
  

Honey

• Q. Honey is hardened in white.

  A. Honey may crystalize white due to temperature differences. This is a natural phenomenon that occurs in natural honey.There are also honey that are difficult to crystallize like Acacia, but natural honey containing pollen rich in various nutrients crystallizes.
  Our company sticks to delivering in a natural state without any modification.
  

• Q. What if I want to melt crystallized honey?

  A. In a small container, put into only the amount of crystallized honey to eat. Do not lid. Put the container in a water bath of 40 ~ 42 ℃. 。
  If you heat it at high temperature for a long time, sugar ingredients of honey may become brown and deep color, fragrant ingredients may be broken, flavor may be weak. So please melt at as low temperature as possible.
  

• Q. How much is a calory of honey?

  A. It is just as sweet as sugar with 2/3 the calories. In 100 g, there are 384 kcals of sugar (caster sugar) and 303 kcal of honey.

• Q. When is the time to substitute honey for sugar?

  A. If you feel that the sweetness when you eat sugar (caster sugar) is at 100, it is at 130 for honey.In other words, if you use the same quantity as sugar, the honey would taste sweeter, so less quantity is used.If you compare them at the same amount of sweetness, honey has about 60% the calories compared to sugar.
  Honey: 7 g (21 kcal) of sweetness = Sugar: 9 g (35 kcal) of sweetness (21÷35) ×100% = 60%

• Q. How long should honey be consumed after opening it?

  A. It can be stored at room temperature both before opening and after opening. Honey is a food with high sugar content, so it will not rot.However, as the flavor and color tone gradually change with the passage of time, please keep the lid tightly closed and store it in a place not exposed to direct sunlight, Consume as soon as possible regardless of the expiration date. If you store honey in refrigerator, sugar will crystallize and a white mass will be formed, making it difficult to take out contents during use. Regardless of the season, please store at room temperature.

• Q. I heard that honey should not be given to infants under 1 year, but why is that?

  A. To retain the natural flavor, We do not sterilize honey by high temperature. Bacteria called botulinum bacteria present in nature may be mixed in honey.As babies under 1 year old are not immature in intestinal function, there is less intestinal bacteria for digesting honey, resulting the danger of developing botulism when being fed with honey.When intestinal systems become mature after 1 year old, honey can be consumed at ease.

• Q. If you put honey in black tea, why does it make it darker?

  A. Because honey contains iron.Its iron content binds to the tannin in the tea making tannin iron, causing the black tea to turn darkly clouded.This poses no harm, so you can drink it as is like that.
  With lightly colored honey that does not have much iron content, it will not make black tea darker.

• Q. I can't open the cap of a honey product.

  A. We assume that the honey has gotten into the cracks between the jar and lid and solidified.
  Turn the jar upside down and put it into a pot or container. Let the lid soak in hot water for 10 minutes, and then put on rubber gloves and turn the lid counterclockwise.

• Q. How to storage?

  A. The both are health food products having carefuly selected royal jelly as a main component.
  In one 20 ml portion of Royal Jelly Super G, there is about 3,900 mg of fresh royal jelly incorporated into it.This is proportionate to about eight tablets of Royal Jelly Gold.

• Q. What's the difference between Pure Honey Vinegar and regular vinegar?

  A. The commonly distributed vinegar we have available includes, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, etc.
  Each of the vinegars are made from ingredients such as rice and apple juice.
  Pure Honey Vinegar is brewed vinegar made from fermenting 100% honey, and it is an original product from Sugi Bee Garden.
  The helpful ingredients in honey such as vitamins and minerals are all present in the vinegar.
