Ingredients (for 1 servings)

  • Sliced bread

    1

  • Lemon (grown in Japan)

    1

  • Lemon & Honey

    Honey - Enough to cover the lemon (approx. 150cc)

  • Prosciutto

    3 pieces

  • Smooth cottage cheese

    20g

  • Butter

    as appropriate

  • Black pepper

    One pinch

  • Your favorite herbs such as Italian parsley

    as appropriate

How to make:

1Make the honey lemon.
Wash the lemon well and pat dry.
Cut it into thin slices and remove the seeds.
Pack the lemon slices in a jar and pour in enough honey lemon to cover.
Leave the jar to sit in the refrigerator for about half a day.

2Spread butter and cottage cheese on toasted bread.
Top with 3 slices of lemon from 1. and some prosciutto.
Drizzle over about 1 tablespoon of honey lemon to taste.
Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with herbs.

3[Tips]
If you have difficulty spreading the cottage cheese, you can add it on top instead.
Cream cheese can also be used instead of cottage cheese.
