Plum extract is precious that can be taken only about 20 grams from 1 kilogram of green ume plums. The extract, made by boiling down green ume plums, contains "organic acid" and "mumefural". Help maintain your daily health.

Recommended Use
Take about 1 teaspoon a day.
Dilute one tea spoon full of extract with hot water, and serve as drink.
Mix with yogurt, spread over toast.
