Honey steak
Ingredients (for 3~4 servings)
- beef steak 400~500g
Onion (grated) 1/2★
- Kiwi (grated) 1★
Grated garlic 1 teaspoon★
- Acacia Honey 1 teaspoon★
dried bay leaf 1 piece★
- Steak Spice ( on the market) 1/2 teaspoon
Cooking oil as appropriate
- Round slices of lemon as appropriate
Butter as appropriate

- marinade liquid for [*]
2 tablespoons [Honey sauce]
- Cooking sake
2 tablespoons [Honey sauce]
- Soy sauce
2 teaspoons [Honey sauce]
- Acacia Honey
2 teaspoons [Honey sauce]
How to make:
1Take the beef out of the fridge and leave it for around 30 minutes to 1 hour to bring it to room temperature.
Pound with a meat pounder or rolling pin.
2Rub spices on both sides of the meat and soak in the marinade liquid with [*] for 2-3 hours.
3Wipe off the marinade with a paper towel.
4Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, then remove from heat.
Leave the steak in the pan for 4 minutes.
5Wipe off stains from the frying pan, add the [Honey Sauce] ingredients, and bring to a boil.
Serve the steak on a dish with honey sauce, add lemon or butter as you like, and enjoy.
