How to make:
1Cut the pork loin into bite-sized pieces. Cut the red bell pepper and eggplant into chunks. Remove the calyx of the okra and cut diagonally into two equal pieces. Peel off the base of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 5cm-long pieces. Remove the seeds of the bell pepper and cut into chunks.
2Mix the ingredients of [honey miso] together in a bowl.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the vegetables, and put them aside on a plate for now.
3Place the pork loin in (1) in the same frying pan and when the color has changed partially, place (3) back into the pan and stir-fry everything. Add (2) and coat everything in it.
4Serve on a plate with lemon and chervil.
5Key point to remember
If the juices seem as if they start to boil while you are stir-frying, add water or oil and adjust. This dish can be made deliciously with chicken or beef as well.
