Honey Pudding Topped with Comb Honey
Ingredients (for 2 servings)

250cc
- 【Pudding】Acacia Honey- Made in Hungary
50g
- 【Pudding】Vanilla extract
5 drops
- 【Pudding】Gelatin
5g
- 【Pudding】Comb honey made in Hungary
as appropriate
- 【Pudding】Mint
as appropriate
- 【A】Kiwi

How to make:
1Cut the kiwifruit into bite-sized pieces and marinate in acacia honey.
2In a pot, heat half the milk and acacia honey until almost boiling.
Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining milk, before letting it cool until it is lukewarm.
3Add the beaten eggs and vanilla essence to 2.
And mix well before straining through a sieve or similar.
4Add the gelatin bloomed in 3 tablespoons of hot water (not included in the quantity) to 3.
And mix to combine. Pour the mixture into heatproof cups.
5Chill in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
Top with [A] and comb honey, and garnish with mint.

You can use your favorite fruits.
Blooming the gelatin too early will make it set, so be sure to follow the steps in order.
