Honey Candied Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients (for 3~4 servings)
- Sweet Potato
1 medium size
- Honey [A]
45ml
- Soy sauce [A]
7.5ml
- Sweet sake [A]
5ml
- Frying oil
as appropriate
- Black sesame
One pinch
How to make:
1Cut the sweet potato into small pieces and soak in water for a while.
2Heat the frying oil, wipe off the moisture, and start slowly frying the sweet potatoes from (1) at a low temperature.
Gradually increase the heat and let it cook all the way through, and when the surface turns slightly brown and crispy, remove the oil.
3Add [A] to a frying pan and heat.
Boil down a little while boiling lightly, and add (2) and mix well with the whole sauce.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle a little of black sesame on top.
