Jarrah Honey originates in the land of Western Australia.
Western Australia is one of the places in the world with the lowest range of pests and diseases and is said to be one of the cleanest and safest agricultural production regions there are.
It is an isolated region surrounded by desert and ocean with unpolluted water and air.
Jarrah Honey is harvested from a kind of Eucalyptus plant that grows naturally in such pristine nature.

‧ Characteristics of the honey
Jarrah Honey has a deep dark amber – dark brown color. Although it has a flavor with a lush richness reminiscent of black syrup, maple syrup and nuts, it has a clean and mild sweetness.
From all the many nutrients, because it is rich in minerals, enzymes, and the essential fatty acid linoleic acid, it is a honey that is great for maintaining your health.

‧ Recommended uses
It compliments slightly salty cheese perfectly.
It can be used in various dishes - of course on bread, in yogurt, with cereal, and on desserts – it is also great on its own .

‧ Jarrah Honey’s region of origin
Jarrah is a special kind of large Eucalyptus tree (eucalyptus marginata) that only grows in the southwestern area of Australia.
Over the course of hundreds of years, some of them grow into large trees over 30m tall. The bark of the tree is hard, and its trunk is strong like oak.
The beautiful white flowers that blossom along the entirety of the tree bloom at different periods for each tree, so this is a special varietal.
Among them, some trees are in bloom each year, while some are in bloom every two to three years, and they bloom at once as if they were waiting for the time.
Those flowers are the origin of the honey from which Jarrah Honey is harvested.
The Western Australia government designates a wide area of primal forest as a protected region, and only designated beekeepers which hold a license are allowed to harvest honey in the forest.

*Pure honey might crystalize depending on its type of flower and the temperature of storage. The phenomenon does not affect the quality. The white crystal is also enjoyable. Please be at ease and enjoy the natural flavor. If you prefer to taste smooth honey, please take the amount needed and water-bath it in 40-42 degree hot water.
*The actual product might have a different color from the product photo. Label design might change but content remains the same.
*Honey is a natural product. Please do not feed to infants below 1 year old.
