Fried Japanese Seerfish with Spicy and Sweet Vineg

- Japanese seerfish (Sawara)
- Potato starch
- Pure Honey Vinegar【A】
- Soy sauce【A】
- Pure Ripe Honey【A】
- Chili bean sauce
How to cook:
1Coat the Japanese seerfish with starch and deep fry until crisp.
2Mix all ingredients of【A】. Add chili bean sauce and salt to make spicy and sweet sauce.
