Fried Sawara with Spicy and Sweet Vinegar Sauce

- Japanese seerfish (Sawara)
2 Fillets
- Potato starch
as appropriate
- Pure Honey Vinegar【A】
2 tablespoon
- Soy sauce【A】
1 tablespoon
- Pure Ripe Honey【A】
2 teaspoon
- Chili bean sauce
1 teaspoon
- Salt
One pinch
How to make:
1Coat the Japanese seerfish with starch and deep fry until crisp.
2Mix all ingredients of【A】. Add chili bean sauce and salt to make spicy and sweet sauce.
3Pour the sauce over the fried Japanese seerfish. Enjoy!
