Juicy chicken drizzled with manuka sauce
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Chicken thigh
350g
- Shiitake mushrooms

- King oyster mushrooms

- Maitake and shimeji mushrooms

- Salad Oil 15g
Pepper A little
- Salted rice malt【A】
30g
- Grated ginger【A】
10g
- Grated garlic【A】
5g
- Manuka Honey【Manuka sauce】
15g or 3 sticks
- Soy Sauce【Manuka sauce】
5g
How to make:
1Remove the excess fat from the chicken thigh and cut one piece in half. Place in a plastic bag with ”A”, knead well and place in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Cut the various mushrooms into bite-size pieces. Mix the ”Manuka Sauce” well.
2Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken from the skin side. Fry the mushrooms in the free spaces in the pan, and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3When 2 is cooked, serve on a plate, drizzle with the ”Manuka Sauce” and enjoy.
