Millet Tomato Soup
Ingredients (for 3~4 servings)
- 17 Mixed Grains Including Milk Vetch Rice

- Ripe tomatoes

- Onion

- Carrot・Peeled pumpkin

- Mixed bean
50g
- Broccoli
4~6 heads
- Consommé soup
600cc
- Olive oil
12g
- Honey, if you like
3g~
How to make:
1Parboil the multigrain rice beforehand.
2Cut the tomatoes into chunks. Dice the bacon, onion, carrot, and pumpkin into 1.5cm cubes.
3Pour consommé soup and (1) into a saucepan, add mixed beans, and heat it over fire. Turn down the heat once it boils, and then cook the vegetables.
(If you are concerned with the tomato's sourness at this point, you may add some honey.)
