French toast with honey
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- Plain white bread

- Butter
10g
- Honey
As appropriate
- Eggs [Egg mixture]

- Milk [Egg mixture]
200cc
- Honey [Egg mixture]
30g
How to make:
1Add the ingredients for [Egg mixture] to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
2Cut the bread into quarters, place on a tray, and add 1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Turn the bread over once or twice during the process.
3Melt the butter in a frying pan, place 2 on the pan and cook on both sides over low heat until browned.
4Serve on a plate and drizzle with honey to taste.
